The Latest on Air America — ... , and it turns out that none of the 1,300 amendments filed for consideration for the Senate floor have carried Burris as lead sponsor . It seems like without sponsoring any legislation or actually interacting at all with his colleagues, Burris is basically a nonentity in Congress. When is his term up again?
