will be driving the health care debate, which really should not surprise anyone. However,
healthcare has never by the role I’d prefer for Hillary going forward, if given a choice. Rumors ...

Could Obama Name Hillary Clinton As His Secretary Of State?
The Moderate Voice —
A new spate of press reports raise the possibility that President Elect Barack Obama is seriously considering his former rival for the Democratic nomination New York Senator Hillary Clinton as his Secretary of State.
The reports are the latest collection of guessing game news stories — but they do deserve more credence than usual speculative reportage since they are now coming from several different news organizations, and Clinton’s statement about her future plans leave her enough wiggle room to take the position.
Look at the reports and, in the shell game that is known as interpreting reporting and sourcing, it seems as if this is a ...
Hillary as Secretary of State
PoliGazette —
According to several reports in American media, Senator Hillary Clinton could very well become the Secretary of State in the Obama administration which will take office in January 2009.
Team Obama was considering asking individuals like Sen. Chuck Hagel, Sen. John Kerry or Gov. Bill Richardson for the job but, media report say, the leaders of the transition were not too happy with those choices.
Clinton would strategically be a very strong choice for president-elect Barack Obama indeed: It would help him heal the party tremendously. Furthermore, although Clinton lost she is still one of the most powerful Democratic leaders with a tremendous political ...

Former Queen in Waiting Hillary probably would still prefer to be head of state, but if that isn’t going to happen, she might as well become Secretary of State. Or something. Let the bloviating begin. This is either the best or the best idea possible.
Let the best man or woman get the job. Didn’t seem to apply when Hillary was in or out of the running for vice president with Obama. But at least if she becomes Sec State, she can be shipped out of the White House house overseas.
On a historic note on this historic occasion, why not make as much history as ...
