Obama Gives Education Speech
PoliGazette — The night grows quite late so I’ll spend more time on this tonight, but yesterday Obama gave a speech yesterday on educational reforms.  The most interesting ones, of course, is a support for merit pay and raising state caps on charter schools.  Support for both of these programs are brought from the campaign.  And both are generally not supported by Democrats. Some aren’t buying his rhetoric. Lets see if he actually fights the Democrats on this one, unlike not fighting them on the stimulus bill. ©2009 PoliGazette. ...
