Not surprisingly, there's been some fallout. The "Mad Money" host claims that Stewart took a clip out of context, purporting to show that Cramer was recommending investors buy Bear Stearns stock a week before the company went under. On the "Daily Show" last night Stewart conceded that may have been the case, except for one little thing. Jim Cramer, one of the "little guys," continued his back and forth with Jon Stewart this morning on "Today."
Last Wednesday, Stewart went after all of CNBC, with Cramer responding Monday on MainStreet.com. That only provoked Stewart to continue last night on the Daily Show, leading Meredith Vieira to seek Cramer's reaction today.

There is a serious feud ongoing between Jon Stewart and Jim Cramer.
Stewart, as you probably know, used the Daily Show and other venues to slam the financial TV networks in general and CNBC specifically. The Mad Money host, who has become famous by instructing viewers to buy and sell individual stocks in a carnival barker style, came under especially harsh criticism.
