Looks like Dianne Feinstein and Bob Bennett kinda sorta got their point across.
Last week they asked that the Last Call voted on by D.C. councilpeople be reversed because, really, nothing good happens from the hours 2-5 a.m.
And now, the last call during Inaug has miraculously been moved up an hour.
The D.C. folk said they would budge a little bit and have now declared last call to be at 4a.m.
