    this would be ironic since she has been in office for so long, and has failed the whole time to make ANY progress securing the Mexico-AZ border... yay, let's give her a promotion!

    It is fascinating that the media has failed to mention that Napolitano is a big proponent of video/photo surveillance services provided by for-profit foreign-owned private companies, like Redflex and is currently engaged in an Arizona statewide saturation of cameras in place of officers for the 'enhancement of safety' (ie; revenue) and at the expense of civil liberties.
