With that, she reached through the window of a squad car and slapped a white male officer in the face, according to Assistant State's Atty. Lorraine Scaduto. Celita Hart was apparantly pissed at the man for trying to violate her god given right to celebrate Obama's victory by --- firing a gun in downtown Chicago.
