The then-Long Island congressman deferred to Rudy Giuliani nine years ago, only to to have the New York Mayor drop out. Now, a candidate in the race puts some pressure on Giuliani to make up his mind.
Meanwhile, other New York Republicans are urging Rudy to run for Senate.
