Illinois Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn said he expects embattled Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich will be impeached by February 12, when the state celebrates the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s birth.
“He disgraced himself, he’s disgraced the people of Illinois and the proper thing to do is to step aside and resign,” said Quinn in a Sunday interview on CBS’s “Face The Nation.”
