So there you go. He belongs to the Detroit Party. Fortunately for the Detroit Party, experts predict the Kwame Kilpatrick scandal will not have any impact outside of the city he is mayor of (which coincidentally happens to be Detroit). (I see now I'm quite late to this. Oh well. It's a great picture.)
