If the Senate GOP cannot get anything significant out of this negotiation --like a reduced corporate tax rate for MI and OH of 12.5%, which is the rate in Ireland that has produced a huge boom there-- then the Senate GOP should say "Not on our watch." But if the Senate GOP can get an example of what low taxes can achieve, make the deal.
