Despite needing to flip just 135 superdelegates (combining info from The Green Papers and the last-minute decision to allow Michigan and Florida full voting rights; other sources suggest the number is lower) to force CHAOS on the floor of the Democratic National Convention, Hillary Clinton will instead release her delegates.
