... If you remember the Ohio vote in 2004, you know that black voters were faced with hellacious lines while upper-class white neighborhoods encountered few problems. My understanding is that a strong-willed and very competent Secretary of State in Ohio is working to make sure that doesn't happen again, but it may not matter.
