Best sign yet that Obama is making a play for Florida
Jonathan Martin's Blog — The unspoken if widely shared view in the political class has been that Florida was going to be a big lift for Obama this year. But new polling out today shows him with a small lead there, he spent part of last weekend in the state and he's back there now prepping for the debate. Yet all that pales compared to the evidence tonight from ad-watching guru Evan Tracey, by way of TPM's Greg Sargent: In the week ending Sept. 21, Obama spent $9.4 million on TV ads in roughly 15 states, up from $6.5 million in the week that ended two weeks ago, ...

Obama Dramatically Ramping Up Overall Ad Spending; Now Outgunning McCain
AMERICAblog News| A great nation deserves the truth — This is great news. This is what your donations to the Obama campaign do. They let them buy ads. Lots of ads. Lots and lots and lots more than John McCain can afford. And ads work. They really work. Please give again to Obama if you can, and if you haven't reached the limits by law yet (you can give a maximum of $2300 for the primary (which is over) and then another $2300 for the general election (which is now), by clicking on the box to the left. Suspension of Suspension
Newshoggers.com — ... It doesn't mean your viral web ads go away. As far as I've read, it doesn't mean suspending polling or political messaging generally.
