President-elect Barack Obama said he will nominate William Corr , who has long advocated reducing tobacco use, as deputy secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. Corr is the executive director at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and until September was a registered lobbyist for the antismoking group.
