Olympia Snowe (R-ME) would do in a GOP primary against an unnamed right-wing/conservative challenger. In other words, how well she'd stand up against a stiff Hoffmanization. I'd figured Snowe was pretty much invulnerable in Maine, even though Republican primary electorates can lean pretty far right. But not so.
