Word is that after wrapping up the public lands bill, the Senate will move to deal with the fair pay bills passed by the House last week (H.R. 11 and H.R. 12). If Coburn wants to continue to make trouble (as he says he does), he can wait out the 30 post-cloture hours until Monday evening, and then move into trying to filibuster the underlying bill itself. Even if a cloture vote goes the way the first one did, he eats up much of the week. Reid will have to file for cloture on the bill, wait two days, and then call up ...
