Rights Group Complains Of 'Lopsided' U.S. Response To Gaza

A human rights group has written outgoing Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, arguing the U.S. response to the outbreak of attacks in Gaza has been "lopsided," and that United States has not done enough to protect civilians caught in the strikes.
