MN Supreme Court Tosses One Of Coleman's Main Hopes

The ruling disarms Coleman of one of his last major opportunities to overcome the 225-vote lead held by Franken after the inclusion of hundreds of absentee ballots disqualified for no legal reason. So, Franken will be declared the winner today and then it will be up to Coleman to sue or not to overturn the result of the election.
