... I'm hard pressed to think of anything crazier than our highest court giving credence to these frivolous lawsuits over Obama's birth certificate. Surely there are more pressing questions on jurisprudence that could benefit from their attention. But I'm glad that somebody in the elite media finally gave voice to my theory about this incomprehensible move. It's not much of a stretch to think that Justice Thomas is looking for revenge for the remarks Obama made about him during the campaign. ...
