Whether the 'SEIU Official' in the Blagojevich complaint was Stern, Burger or Balanoff (the only three real possibilities) is immaterial - none of the three would have participated without the other two knowing about it.  It couldn't have been anyone else in SEIU.

The point is the the top tier of SEIU leadership engaged in a very inappropriate and unethical, if not illegal, discussion of a quid pro quo with Governor Blagojevich.

After the LA Times articles of August and September exposing massive corruption by Stern-appointed SEIU leaders in California and Michigan, and in the DC HQ, as well as his forced mergers without member input or democratic votes, and his outrageous attacks against those that disagree, this is yet another embarassment for the other CTW unions and SEIU members.

How long before the other  CTW unions and the SEIU Executive Board deal with Stern the way Illinois is dealing with Blagojevich?
