Majikthise — The White House has chosen photojournalist Pete Souza to be its top photographer. Souza held the same post under Ronald Reagan. Image galleries from Souza's official website: The Rise of Barack Obama, The Road to Kabul, and Portrait of a President. Normally, I'm skeptical of Reagan retreads, but Souza's work speaks for itself. I admire the simplicity of his compositions.
