For all the "power" in DC and given the GOP's time there, you'd think they understand more about power, leadership and how to obtain and demonstrate them. I don't think they do. I appreciate the need for comity in politics. But if you look at the last 30 years, many in which Republicans and allegedly conservatives had power and were considered the leadership, the country has consistently drifted toward the statist Left.
How can one conclude anything other than that they are doing something wrong? ...
