From NBC's Kelly O'DonnellSources tell NBC News that Sen. Ted Kennedy (D) will be at the Capitol today to cast his vote when the Senate considers ending the debate on the stimulus bill. Kennedy's vote gives Democrats a one-vote cushion getting them to 61 (assuming all Democrats and the three Republicans who publicly support the measure vote yes).
