A Blog For All — Yemen has again carried out its revolving door policy regarding terrorists. It has accepted signed pledges by 170 terrorists that they wont go back to jihad. I suspect we'll be finding out that many of those 170 have indeed gone back to terrorism, and that it once again highlights the folly of treating terrorism as though it's a law enforcement matter and that US national security relies on the least secure overseas law enforcement operation.
