How Are You Going to Spend Your $13/Week?

The Anchoress reminds us of the reaction to the $600 stimulus rebate check from the now-First Lady. Sure, a $600 check wasn't much, but $13 bucks a week isn't going to do much to pay down "every bill every month," either, especially since her husband's policies are sure to increase energy costs and the price of food .
