Skittish banks - WORLDWIDE skittish banks - don't know how good.or.bad off they are, - there is NO INFORMATION available to untangle what the own: all those derevitive-designed packaged "sandwiches" called CDO's spread about the globe. Are they complex? Phd theoretical physicists designed them! So banks STILL refuse to lend entrepreneurs the dough to "start the economy"; And those middle-classers not working STILL suffer... most enter the lower class . Entrepreneurs buy yachts with their idle money. Years go by. Instead if a war (which i'm sure Rushbo credits saving FDR), Obama can instead use PUBLIC WORKS to employ out-of-work middle classers. It would have to be of the scope of 1941-44 wartime drafting of middleclassers. This would reduce unemployment. Of course, this would increase the above "54%" to say 80% or 90% of the bailout money... Never mind helping entrepreneurs ... they had their shot and blew it. They blew it by increasing the NON-PRODUCING part of the 2000-2008 workforce(lawyers,lobbyists,financial'experts' like those physicists) to almost 40% while the Republican govt sat there with no oversight, ... letting "full free enterprise" do it's thing.
