NBC: Dennis Blair to Be Head of Intel

A 34-year Navy veteran, Blair was commander of
the U.S. military's Pacific Command, was director of the Joint Staff,
but also worked with the CIA and National Security Council.
Blair, a Rhodes Scholar and Russian speaker is
considered a "brainiac" who has experience in managing large
organizations. A commander of Pacific Command he's known for pushing
political and diplomatic engagement over military confrontation.
