The Reaction — By Creature When war is fabricated and decreed perpetual then by Dick Cheney's logic a president can continually break the law without consequence. It would be one thing if this view was Cheney's alone, but it's not. The administration's law breaking has been enabled by everyone in Washington. D, R and then some. History will not be kind.
