N/A — As we were so busy worrying about Iraq and the terrorists there. . . . Given the history, the surprise may be how events in India did not happen sooner. Toss in two nuclear powers, ethnic, and sectarian strife . . . and boom!  You look at Bush and his giving India a pass on non proliferation on nukes . . .  and boom! Outside the way our leaders frame our world for us to picture, less artistic sorts splash the walls with red.
