The "Dream Act", [HR1751], was reintroduced in Congress last March. This bill is another "amnesty" bill, as such it will encourage more illegal immigration. The National Council La Raza held it's convention this week in Chicago. Gave tips to illegal alien activists on how to lobby Congress.
