Say Anything — He knew this was happening today, right?  I mean, you’d think he’d have rehearsed or something. I guess they should have replaced Justice Roberts with a teleprompter. For all the grief Bush got for being a poor public speaker (eight years of the left and media calling him stupid), at least he got the oath of office right.  Will the left call Obama stupid too for his speaking gaffes? RedState: Conservative News and Community — Dan McLaughlin posted the video earlier, but Chief Justice John Roberts’ performance today at the Onauguration, which is getting trashed in some quarters, deserves some more notice, and praise. First, the video again. We can forgive the mix up in the words of the oath, as recited by the Chief. President Obama could have simply repeated the words Roberts said, wrong or not, instead of pausing and creating that awkward moment.
