Think Progress — Yesterday, a fill-in host for Rush Limbaugh told listeners that Limbaugh had traveled to Washington, DC for a “secret meeting” and dropped several hints the meeting would be with Obama. When news broke that Obama was to dine last night with several prominent conservatives, speculation swirled that Limbaugh would be there. The talk radio titan retold the story on the radio today. Limbaugh ate salmon, french fries and a side of ranch dressing, Ed Gillespie had a "large salad" and the President ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. With red jelly. Everything except the food details,apparently, was off the record.
