Chris Matthews wouldn't let up on McCain spokesperon Nancy Pfotenhauer on Wednesday, and told her repeatedly that Sarah Palin doesn't understand the Constitutional role of the vice president. To prove his point, he twice played a clip of Palin's interview with Brian Williams.
Matthews was adamant that the VP's role in the Senate is strictly to break ties, not develop policy.
