The more heated debate took place in the hour before Biden-Palin.
Although Bill O'Reilly didn't call Barney Frank a "big, fat toad" -- as he did last week on the radio -- there were plenty of fireworks. If only these two could have gone 90 minutes. Instead, it takes only about 90 seconds before O'Reilly's calling Frank a "coward" and the two are shouting back and forth.
"I'm not going to be bullied by your ranting," Frank said, who added that the host's "stupidity gets in the way of rational discussion."
