Video: Bush Politically “Dead Man Walking” At G20 Summit
The Moderate Voice —
CNN’s Rick Sanchez has a truly amazing video catch: video of President George Bush at the G20 weekend summit being treated in a greeting line as if he is the politically “Dead Man Walking” or Mr. Cellophane.
In this You Tube segment now featured on several websites (Greatscat, Tennessee Guerilla Women, and Daily Kos) Sanchez shows a piece of captured-on-video history that is likely to be run in every video bio dealing with Bush’s last days. It is undeniable: he is there but makes others uneasy. Most other leaders avoid eye contact. They’re not warmingly shaking his hand. ...
Bush Gets Little Love at G20
The Hill's Blog Briefing Room —
Bush Gets Little Love at G20 World leaders at the G20 summit last weekend appeared to snub President Bush by refusing to shake his hand during a group photo shoot. In the CNN video, Bush walks with his head down while his those around him, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi, exchange greetings. The video was first posted by Daily Kos and Greatscat! . See it below.
World Leaders Don't Shake Bush's Hand At G20 Summit (VIDEO)
Politics on HuffingtonPost.com —
It appears in this video that President Bush's approval ratings are in a sorrier state than the polls indicate. In a video taken at the G20 summit, Bush walks across a line of world leaders without shaking or being asked to shake any of their hands. Whether the President is being rejected by the world leaders or he is rejecting them, CNN's Rick Sanchez aptly says that Bush looks like "the most unpopular kid in high school that nobody liked."

The Left has gotten a big laugh out of George Bush’s treatment at the G-20. Rick Sanchez chalks it up to Bush’s “bullying” presence on the world stage: In the video, one can see Bush talking with a few of the other G-20 leaders as he walks to his spot on the dais for the publicity photos, but not shaking hands. It doesn’t look as if Bush offers his hand, either, but also gives the impression of a snub. If so, it’s ...

World leaders refuse to shake Bush’s hand during G20 photo-op.
Think Progress —
CNN’s Rick Sanchez highlighted yesterday that during last weekend’s G20 Economic Summit, leaders from around the world refused to acknowledge or shake hands with President Bush as they walked on stage for a photo-op. As Sanchez explained, everyone was “greeting each other and shaking hands, but Bush walks with his head down like the dejected most unpopular kid in high school.” Watch it: ...

Bush snubbed at G20?
The Swamp —
There's this CNN video flying around the Internet from the G20 meeting last weekend that shows President Bush walking on the stage for the "class photo" and no one shaking his hand.
Rick Sanchez, the CNN anchor, said it looked like Bush was snubbed because he's unpopular and a lot of people on the web have adopted that interpretation.
It's an example of people seeing what they want to see.
Here's an alternate explanation. The G20 has a weird protocol where the leader of the host nation doesn't shake hands while walking on stage for the final photo op with other leaders.
Each of ...

CNN Corrects Its Pathetic 'Bush Snubbed By World Leaders' Story
NewsBusters.org - Exposing Liberal Media Bias —
CNN has corrected a bogus story the network's Rick Sanchez pathetically aired Wednesday about leaders at last Saturday's G20 meeting snubbing President Bush as if he had "cooties." For those that missed it, Sanchez played a video (embedded below the fold) of Bush seemingly being ignored by most of the leaders of the free world as they lined up to take a group picture: I want you to look at this video, all right. It seems almost sad. Look at this. This is the president of the United States walking out on stage to take a picture with world leaders invited to the G20 summit over the ...
