During World War 1 when White male US Troops sacrificed their lives, limbs, and many were martyred, there were many White male US Troops that were fighting to get to Concentration camps holding Jews and others hostage. These White male US Troops did not Discriminate then, they instead went into horrific War Zones and did rescue many Jews from these Concentration camps.
Many of the sons and grandsons and great-grandsons are still around of these White US Troops that did that very same rescuing of the Jews in those Concentration camps, and this statement by Robert Reich and nodded in agreeance by Rangel would then be 'banned' from trying to get one of these Stimulus jobs, particularly in Construction.
Also, when Obama passes strict laws to protect Gays from anti-discrimination and anti-hate crimes, then some of these Gays will be White male Gays.
Would that then mean that if these same White male Gays that would go and apply for Stimulus Consruction jobs be turned away 'banned' from trying to gain employment in these Stimulus Construction jobs that Reich wants excluded?
This would probably then be White Gay male job discrimination and subject to a law suit.
Also, if White males are excluded form Stimulus Construction jobs, then they should be EXCLUDED from the DRAFT that Rangel has re-intruduced and sooner or later will be made law by Obama and pals.
Because there will be a huge decrease in re-enlistments and new-enlistsments when Obama signs an Executive Order to cancel out, 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell'.
So, will White males be exempt form US Military DRAFT since they will be excluded from any of the Construction Stimulus Jobs if Reich get's his way?
Why should White male US Troops be the personal "Nuclear Umbrella" of Israel then?

You know, there's sort of an economic case for the government trying to do infrastructure investments counter-cyclically (i.e., spend more building roads and the like during periods of recession), when labor and materials are cheaper...but that case goes out the window when you have a statutory mandate like Davis-Bacon that precludes the federal government from taking advantage of a weak labor market to save taxpayer dollars. ...
