South Park aired a tremendous satire of election day and especially of the partisan reaction to Barack Obama’s victory and John McCain’s defeat. They perfectly satirize the reaction of McCain supporters and Obama supporters to Obama’s victory perfectly with Obama supporters chanting “Yes we can!” and “Obama, Obama, Obama!” and then wondering what it is they can do now.
McCain supporters, meanwhile, are depicted as overly depressed, fearing that America will be destroyed by the “most inexperienced” man to be elected president ever.
