I was a purple ticket holder that was turned away. I truly think they needed a professional event planner to run this inauguration. The lack of official authority monitoring the entrance gates caused this problem. Capitol Police should have not let non-purple ticket holders access. Also, the security mags should not have been abandoned at the Yellow entrance as well. People should have been informed on where to go and the problem. Instead they waited five hours in the cold.
