He deserves hazard pay for this dangerous mission: If Lieberman is rewarded for this behavior and keeps his chairmanship of the Homeland Security committee, it'll be on Reid's head. He either runs the Senate, or he doesn't. And if he's so weak that Lieberman survives, then he doesn't deserve to run the caucus, or, frankly, to hold his seat.
