McCain gets RickRoll'd
AMERICAblog News| A great nation deserves the truth —
Actually, he gets BarackRoll'd (this is RickRolling, for the uninitiated):
Quote of the Day
Booman Tribune —
"Voting with George Bush 90% of the time isn't being a maverick, it's being the President's sidekick. The idea that John McCain represents change in Washington is as laughable as his claim that he'll take on the special interests when some of the biggest corporate lobbyists in America are running his campaign," said Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton.

And this was during the 2004 election, when Oregon was a swing state in a Presidential election. When you begin to break down the numbers, they look a whole lot worse. Fully ...

Today in The Nation: You-Tubing the Election
The Nation: Top Stories —
In America's first YouTube election, it turns out the voters were mainly in charge--not the campaigns or news organizations. The Nation analyzed the top YouTube videos about both presidential nominees during the general election, starting in May after the parties' primaries were settled, and found that the most-viewed videos were made by citizens and independent groups. Out of the top twenty videos focusing on Obama, only one was produced by his campaign, an advertisement contrasting his economic credentials with John McCain's. Three other Obama videos came from McCain's headquarters, as viewers flocked to see sensational attack ads slamming the ...
