Tonight, in Hempstead, New York, we will have the last televised presidential debate of this election season. And really? Hopefully? The last televised presidential debate ever, why not? There's just one chance left to either get it right or screw it up. I gotta say, being from Long Island and having the final debate here at Hofstra is pretty exciting. Too bad it was virtually impossible to get tickets. According to all objective measurements, Obama/Biden are 3-0 so far, and I'm sure Senator Obama will be looking for the sweep tonight. John McCain finds himself in an unenviable predicament. Holy crap, I actually agree with Brokaw. He declared Joe The Plumber to be the winner of the debate, and I really can't argue with that. Obama came in a strong second, though. Very poised, while McCain came across as dickish and angry, with lots of blinking and interrupting.
