This goes back to the NY Post editorial cartoon with a dead chimp (you know, like the one who went wild and nearly killed that woman in CT), lying on the sidewalk with two shots to the chest - obviously dead. The two cops standing over the chimp say "Looks like we're going to have to find someone else to write the next stimulus bil," alluding to the crazy loons in Congress who DID write it. Well, The View, along with a lot of other bed-wetting liberals got their panties in a bunch over this, saying the cartoonist was OBVIOUSLY portraying President Obama as the crazed chimp.
