Over the past couple of days, McCain and his campaign gave conflicting answers as to whether he even had a plan for the economy -- first he did, then he didn't, now he does again. That may be why McCain's spokesperson, Nancy Pfotenhauer, has no idea how much the plan, which will be announced shortly, even costs. ...
