She says many people still don't know Barack Obama's positions on issues from health care to education. M. Obama: "They also don't know that John McCain shares many of George Bush's views. Americans expressed strong support for changes in U.S. foreign policy, with 83 percent saying it is "very important" to improve the standing of the United States in the world, according to a poll by the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
