That seems to be the pun in play in an RNC web video posted earlier this week and noticed by Garance Franke-Ruta, though it doesn't seem to have been circulated yet:
In a little-noticed Web video posted on YouTube yesterday, the Republican Nation Committee compares the first female speaker of the House to Bond girl Pussy Galore from the 1964 film Goldfinger. The video closes by replacing the character's first name with the word Democrats.
