John McCain’s (R-AZ) campaign is “pathetic.” Similarly, in his New York Times op-ed this week, Kristol said that McCain should “fire his campaign” and “start over.” Today on Fox News, campaign manager Rick Davis continued to lash out at Kristol for his criticisms:
