RNC up with ad spotlighting Hillary critique of Obama
Jonathan Martin's Blog — The RNC's independent expenditure arm is going on the air with their second ad of the cycle, resurrecting one of Hillary Clinton's sharpest critiques of Barack Obama from the primary. It's part of this week's central GOP theme, which is to exploit lingering divisions between the former rivals. Brad Todd, the GOP adman who is heading the IE effort, said that it will be up in "major markets in Colorado, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania" through Sunday. Included in that is a broadcast and heavy cable buy in Denver, Todd noted. The buy is ...

McCain Rolls Out Deadly Hill/Barack Ad
Ace of Spades HQ — McCain Rolls Out Deadly Hill/Barack Ad No, seriously, here's the ad: Pretty much destroys my theory they'd play this softer, at least until they were sure there was no backlash here. Hillary says she will personally cast her nominating vote for Barack Obama, but as for instructing them to vote for Obama themselves... well, see, that's a "personal decision" and she'll let each of her supporters make up her own mind. ...

Vaseline On The Lens: What The Lady In Gitmo Orange What She Didn’t Say Last Night Was The Most Important Message
Pat Dollard | Young Americans — So, if you listened to Hillary’s speech at the DNC Convention last night you probably heard her ‘cordial’ half-assed endorsement of Hussein … backed by a shit-grin delivery. Many things she said could actually be taken as a double-meaning to pondering minds. But the ONE thing that could have possibly convinced the crowd, the party, the democrat voters sitting on the Hillary fence ready to jump for the green grass of John McCain to nail them to the Obama wall would have been this: “John McCain is currently running a political ad using a video clip of what I ...
