Palin, with a smile and some sarcasm, hit back at the media for its convention coverage and Barack Obama for policies that she said would increase the size of government. John McCain's former rivals for the GOP's presidential nomination spoke before Palin Wednesday night. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R), former Arkansas Gov.
