And as STACLU points out, this was no election gimmick, either, and unlike Obama she went to the ME on her own - for the troops (and I can only guess how much more they appreciated seeing a hot chick than can shoot than an ugly guy with big ears that they know is full of crap about the war and wouldn't know which end of the rifle to shoot out of):
